Elon Musk was spotted wearing a cheesehead hat while speaking in front of a crowd in Wisconsin on Sunday (US local time). The Tesla CEO, who also gave out $1 million cheques to two Wisconsin voters, appointed them spokespersons for his political faction. After autographing the hat, he threw it out into the crowd.
A video shared on social media shows Musk standing on stage, waving wildly at the cheering crowd. “Thanks for coming,” he states, before inquiring, “Do you like my hat?” The audience laughs loudly in response.

“I’m going to autograph the hat, I’m going to throw it out,” Musk continues, before launching it into the crowd.
Musk’s trip to Green Bay preceded a significant Wisconsin Supreme Court election. Musk highlighted the importance of the judgeship election into which he has poured more than $20 million.
Emphasizing the role of the court in redistricting, Musk highlighted how its rulings could impact congressional representation. “The House majority is now razor thin,” he said. He went on to say, “And if the (Wisconsin) Supreme Court gets to redraw the districts, they will gerrymander the district and take away two seats on the Republican side. Then they will attempt to block all the government reforms we are getting done, for you the American people.”
