After their recent trip to Paris, Aishwarya Rai and her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan were seen at Abu Dhabi airport as they arrived for the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) 2024. Several videos and photos of the duo surfaced on social media, capturing their arrival.
In a video shared on Instagram by a paparazzo, Aishwarya and Aaradhya can be seen holding hands as they walked through the airport. Aishwarya smiled and waved at fans who gathered to catch a glimpse of the Bollywood star.

Before heading to Abu Dhabi, Aishwarya and Aaradhya were spotted at Mumbai airport, holding hands as they stepped out of their car. Aishwarya, as usual, acknowledged the paparazzi with a wave before entering the terminal.
For their travel, Aishwarya opted for a printed jacket, black pants, and shoes, accessorizing with a backpack. Aaradhya, meanwhile, wore a green sweatshirt, black trousers, and sneakers. Before their Abu Dhabi trip, Aishwarya made waves at Paris Fashion Week, where she walked the ramp in a striking red ensemble. As a L’Oréal Paris brand ambassador, she charmed the audience by greeting them with a ‘namaste.’ Aishwarya was one of the showstoppers, along with celebrities like Alia Bhatt, Kendall Jenner, Andie MacDowell, and Liya Kebede.
The IIFA 2024 is set to take place in Abu Dhabi from September 27 to 29. The event will kick off with IIFA Utsavam, celebrating the southern film industries—Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. On the second day, stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Vicky Kaushal, and Karan Johar will take the stage as hosts. The grand finale will be IIFA Rocks, an exclusive event featuring performances by artists like Honey Singh, Shilpa Rao, and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
Aishwarya was last seen in Ponniyin Selvan: II, a 2023 Tamil epic directed by Mani Ratnam. The film boasted a star-studded cast including Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, and more. The historical action drama received widespread acclaim and was a box-office success.
