In a disturbing incident in Delhi’s Seelampur area, a domestic dispute escalated into gunfire, resulting in serious injuries to one woman. The altercation, which occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, October 16, reportedly stemmed from a disagreement over the distribution of pizza.
The confrontation involved two sisters-in-law at their in-laws’ residence. Tensions flared when Zeeshan, the elder brother, began distributing pizza to his younger brother’s family. This seemingly trivial act triggered a heated argument between the wives of the two brothers. In an attempt to escalate the situation, Zeeshan’s wife contacted her brothers, leading to their arrival at the scene.

The situation deteriorated rapidly as four brothers arrived, accompanied by friends. The argument took a violent turn when gunfire erupted, and one of the women was shot in the stomach. The victim was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where she is currently receiving critical medical care for her injuries.

Witnesses, including neighbors, quickly intervened and apprehended four individuals involved in the shooting. They promptly notified the police, who responded to the scene and arrested the suspects. Authorities also seized the firearm used in the incident.
The police have launched an investigation into the matter and are conducting a search for additional suspects involved in the violent altercation.
