Katrina Kaif’s Nutritionist Discloses Her Surprisingly Basic Eating Habits

While many expect Bollywood star Katrina Kaif to adhere to an elaborate diet, her nutritionist has revealed that her daily meals are refreshingly straightforward. In a recent interview with yoga trainer Shhlloka, celebrity nutritionist Shweta Shah shared insights into Katrina’s diet and lifestyle.

According to Shah, Katrina views food as medicine, carefully considering her nutritional needs and understanding how the right foods affect her body. Rather than relying on random online advice, the Merry Christmas actress consults Shah for guidance on supplements and nutritional alternatives, such as juices and iron sources.

What Katrina Kaif Eats In A Day :

Katrina’s diet is notably disciplined and centers around home-cooked meals. The 41-year-old actress avoids eating out and ensures she carries homemade food with her wherever she goes. Her self-care routine includes practices like oil pulling, nasal cleaning, and shatpavali (taking 100 steps after meals), which reflect traditional Indian household habits.

With a pita body type and high metabolism, Katrina favors cooling foods in her diet. Her staples include black raisins, chewed fennel seeds, and ash gourd juice. If these aren’t available, she substitutes with amla juice and mint coriander. Katrina prefers to eat two substantial meals a day rather than frequent snacking, and she remains committed to consuming only ‘Ghar ka khana,’ even when traveling.
