That made the scene more memorable was when graciously, Madhuri Dixit remained right beside Vidya on stage. In typical Madhuri style, she extended her hand with elegance and remained in her iconic mudra, gracefully pulling Vidya back onto her feet. The two superstars’ friendship showed an uplifting mix of friendship and professionalism that made the audience go cold.
It not only showed Vidya’s determination, but became an example even of un-shaken poise demonstrated by Madhuri.
