Upon arrival, the personnel from Aishbag police station, along with Deputy Police Commissioner Priyanka Shukla, quickly took the infant to Kamla Nehru Hospital. Doctors confirmed that she was only one or two days old, and her condition is currently stable.
The police have registered a case and are actively seeking information from nearby hospitals. They are compiling a list of women who have recently given birth in an effort to locate the girl’s parents. DCP Priyanka Shukla noted that the area surrounding the discovery is filled with shanties and slums, where some families may perceive a girl child as a liability.
