“Victory of public trust in BJP leadership”: UP Dy CM hails BJP win in Gola

Brijesh Pathak, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister on Sunday congratulated BJP candidate Aman Giri on his victory in the Gola Gokarnath Assembly bye-election.

The win of the BJP candidate, according to the deputy chief minister, confirms the public’s support for the party nationwide, not only in Uttar Pradesh. He asserted that the BJP will capitalise on this victory and fight even more to transform Gola Gokarnath into a “modern” constituency.

“Many congratulations to BJP candidate Shri Aman Giri ji for his unprecedented victory in Gola Gokarnath. The big victory is a victory of public trust in the BJP leadership. I personally express my gratitude to the great people of Gola,” Pathak said.

The state’s “all-round development” had accelerated, the deputy chief minister said, thanks to the combined efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
According to the most recent reports, the BJP had comfortably defeated its nearest challenger, the Samajwadi Party (SP), to win three of the seven Assembly seats that were decided by by-elections. In the Adampur Assembly byelection in Haryana, Bhavya Bishnoi, a different saffron party candidate, won.
The saffron party was able to hold onto the Gopalganj seat in Bihar, where the BJP was demoted to the Opposition benches in the Assembly after Chief Minister Nitish Kumar broke with the saffron alliance and allied himself with Lalu Yadav’s Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD).

According to the most recent reports, the Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS), the incumbent party, has a slim advantage over the BJP in the race for the Munugode Assembly constituency in Telangana.
