On Wednesday, a terminal of JFK Airport located in New York was evacuated for a brief period of time due to escalating fire.
Around 7 in the morning, the incident of fire occurred at JFK’s terminal 8. As per New York’s fire department, no injuries were found.

According to New York & New Jersey port authority spokesperson Steve Burns, four people were transferred to hospital for treating injuries. But fortunately, it wasn’t life-threatening.
In addition, he also revealed, that terminal operations were back on track by 8:15 am. But the cause behind the fire is still being determined.
Meanwhile, a video was also posted on X, where fire trucks were seen going towards the tarmac.
