The creators of the upcoming movie ‘Bastar: The Naxal Story’ featuring Adah Sharma, are ready to release the film’s debut track. Named ‘Vande Veeram,’ the song will premiere on March 11.
Taking to Instagram, Sunshine Pictures shared a short teaser of the song which they captioned, “Discover the soul-stirring tale of Bastar through ‘Vande Veeram’, a melody that speaks volumes of its people’s strength and struggles. Song out tomorrow and Bastar: The Naxal Story arriving in theatres on 15th March, 2024.”

According to the film’s PR statement, the creators will launch the song in the presence of police officers and the families of Jawans. They will also pay tribute to the real-life heroes, the officers and Jawans who safeguard the nation. Recently, the makers also released the movie’s trailer.
The trailer depicts Adah portraying IPS Officer Neerja Madhvan, who is resolute in her mission to eradicate Naxalism from India. It showcases scenes of Naxalites assaulting CRPF jawans, children subjected to violence, political figures being targeted for assassination, and innocent individuals being executed.
Shah and Sudipto’s debut collaboration, ‘The Kerala Story’ has proven to be one of the top-grossing films of 2023 to date. The film delves into the alleged recruitment of numerous young women into the Islamic State (IS) and their subsequent departure to nations such as Syria and Afghanistan.
