In a significant development, Rajya Sabha MP and former DCW chairperson Swati Maliwal, has made shocking revelations against Kejriwal’s Aide Bibhav Kumar in FIR.

Swati Maliwal in her complaint has alleged that she got assaulted by Mr Kumar in the drawing room of Kejriwal’s official residence.

She further alleged that the chief minister was there in the house that time.

What Happened?

While detailing her ordeal, Maliwal disclosed that, Mr kumar allegedly slapped her 7-8 times, followed by hitting on chest, stomach and other sensitive parts.

She further claimed, that when she made some noise, he threatened her and beat her continuously.

“I felt absolutely shocked and was screaming for help over and over again. In order to protect myself, I pushed him away with my legs. At that time, he pounced on me, brutally dragged and deliberately pulled my shirt up… “After that, Bibhav Kumar did not relent and attacked me by kicking me in my chest, stomach and pelvis area with his legs. said Maliwal’s FIR.

But in addition, she also revealed, when security personnel arrived, instead of helping her, they attempted to remove her from the house on Mr Kumar orders.

After that, she was forced to wait outside CM’s house until the police arrived.

Later, she ran out of the house and called the police.

Then, Delhi Police dropped Swati Maliwal to AIIMS Trauma centre for a medical Checkup.

Why did she depart from the police station without filing FIR?

Moreover, she also clarified the circumstances surrounding her departure from the police station without explanation.

She recounted that she had been in tears and somehow managed to return to her residence. Earlier, she had been sitting there for a while when the police personnel accompanying her called for an auto. As they made their way towards her house, she found the courage to go to the civil lines police station and report the incident.
After reaching the police station she revealed the following details and spoke
“”I reached and sat in the SHO room and was crying and informed the SHO about the incident… was in terrible pain and having severe cramps…also started receiving a lot of calls from media on my mobile. Due to extreme trauma, pain and not wanting to politicize the incident… left the Police Station without filing a written complaint. My head was splitting in pain and my arms legs and were aching terribly due to the assault. said Maliwal.
Later, talking about her feelings, she said
“The past few days since the incident have been extremely painful for me. It is one of the most difficult times of my life. The pain, trauma and harassment has been mind-numbing…. I am deeply disturbed by this incident and am distraught that someone could display such goonda behavior. I feel totally shattered.”
Additionally, she also said, “It has taken me three days to gather myself and report the matter through a written complaint. I request you to kindly take strongest possible action in the matter. I am shocked that this brutal attack happened to me completely unprovoked at CM residence.”
