The Staff Selection Commission is set to unveil the outcome of the SSC Constable GD examination on its official website, ssc.gov.in. The recruitment test for Constable General Duty positions in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2024, took place in February-March, and the results are anticipated shortly. It’s important to note that the old SSC website (ssc.nic.in) will not host the result link.
The SSC conducted the Computer Based Examination for SSC GD from February 20 to March 7, 2024, along with a re-examination on March 30. Following this, the provisional answer key was released, and an objection window was provided in April. The result is now eagerly awaited.
In the subsequent phase of this recruitment process, successful candidates will participate in the Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Medical Examination, and Document Verification rounds. Further details regarding these stages will be communicated later.
According to the final vacancy list, the SSC GD exam will fill a total of 46,617 vacancies across various organizations, including 12,076 for BSF, 13,632 for CISF, 9,410 for CRPF, 1,926 for SSB, 6,287 for ITBP, 2,990 for AR, and 296 for SSF.
