Reliance has scheduled its annual shareholder meeting on Monday, which will be broadcast on a virtual reality platform along with five social media platforms as it makes further advancements in digital connectivity.
Sources confirmed that Mukesh Ambani, chairman and managing director of Reliance, will address shareholders at the 45th annual meeting in the afternoon, availing all the benefits of the interactive 3D World of Metaverse.
In addition to the official JioMeet broadcast, it will live stream its annual general meeting (AGM) on five of the most popular social media platforms, making it one of the first corporations in the world to do so.
The Reliance AGM virtual reality (VR) platform, which is powered by GMetri, allows a user to engage with the business highlights of the company’s annual report for 2021–2022, virtually walk through a lounge, and explore other virtual rooms.
Businesses can develop, publish, and track training modules, online shops, product demonstrations, and immersive tours using the simple, no-code XR platform GMetri.
Augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), mixed reality (MR), and everything in between are all encapsulated under the name “Extended Reality” (XR).
According to sources, anyone may enjoy the immersive experience on regularly used mobile or desktop screens, while specialised 3D VR eyewear can greatly enhance the experience.
Additionally, Reliance will be adding Instagram and Koo to its arsenal of digital channels to broadcast its AGM live to digital viewers this year. According to them, on Monday at 1400 hours, it will be shown live on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
For its 45th AGM, Reliance has also activated its 7977111111 WhatsApp Chatbot so that anyone can simply find out the dates, procedures, and other details surrounding the AGM.
