Ramlila: A true depiction amidst recent cinematic distortions

Ramayana, an epic that has been a cornerstone of our culture since ages, finds new life through Broadway Ramlila. Within the span of three hours, this production captures the very essence of Lord Ram’s extraordinary life, from his divine birth to epic battles and the profound wisdom he imparted. This mythical realm of Satyug, brought to life through cutting-edge 3D stage design and a musical score featuring 18 original tracks performed by acclaimed artists such as Udit Narayan, Kailash Kher, Kumar Vishu, Jeetender Singh and more. Let’s know the experience of the people participated in Ramlila:

Arpita Sinha (SITA )
Ramayana, as we all know, is one of the greatest epics and being a part of a group that presents it this beautifully is already a great honour for me. Nevertheless, cherry on the cake was being offered to play the character of Sita. She has always been an embodiment of strength for me. Her character represents all such women who go through hardships and yet carry them as their badge of honour. I thank the Aryan Heritage Foundation for believing that I can do justice to the character and shaping me throughout the journey for preparing the same. I’ve never been this mesmerized by a composition that is extremely beautiful. I hope it never sees the end of the day.

Rahul Ray (Lord RAMA )
“It is a great opportunity to act as a Rama. My feelings about this character have all kinds of modulation to enhance and build the new era of life. Rama is the character of life lessons and values of the relationship. For the act of Rama, you need lots of meditation and concentration. Aryan Heritage Foundation has made a big and wide range of stages to do variations of acting & dancing. They took very extraordinary steps towards the young generation and as well as for the artists”.

Rishabh (HANUMAN )
“I have been playing the character of Angad from last some years. But being a Brahmin I always wanted to play the role of Lord Hanuman. Now I got this opportunity and I am very blessed to be a part of this amazing Ramlila group. I also want to give a message to the young generation to at least follow some rules of Ramayana in your personal lives. Believe me it will do wonders in your life”.

Siddhant Bansal (RAVANA)
“I have been playing the role of demon Ravana right from the beginning. I feel so proud while playing this role because on one hand, he was a great scholar and so knowledgeable. But, despite all that, he went on to commit a fight that invited the wrath of none other than Lord Ram. I get inside the character before the play. Also my physique and eyes compliment this character and people love me”.
