Rakul Preet Singh is marking her first Karwa Chauth after marrying Jackky Bhagnani, but due to an injury, she’s celebrating while on bed rest. Sharing the experience on Instagram, Rakul posted a picture of herself dressed in a red and gold outfit with the caption, “Bed rest wala first Karwa Chauth,” along with a heart emoji. She also shared a video of her mehendi, showing the letter ‘J’ written on her palm. Jackky reshared her post, writing, “MY LIFE (heart emoji). I am so hungry but I won’t eat too,” to which Rakul responded, “Heheh when husband also fasts. (heart emoji)”
Rakul has been on bed rest after suffering an injury during a workout. In a recent health update, she explained that she had a muscle spasm, which worsened after she continued to push through the pain. In a video, she said, “I did something very stupid. I didn’t listen to my body…I have been in bed for the last six days.” She thanked everyone for their good wishes and expressed hope for a quick recovery.
On the work front, Rakul will soon appear in the sequel to De De Pyaar De alongside Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan. She is also part of Indian 2, featuring Kamal Haasan, Kajal Aggarwal, and Siddharth.
