Biden Makes Jokes
Biden started his speech with a lighthearted joke, saying, “I don’t know any of the guys behind me, but they just showed up.” He then congratulated the team, coaches, staff, fans, and Massachusetts officials on winning the Celtics’ 18th NBA championship.
