Salman’s sister, Alvira Khan, also attended. Captured by photographers, Salman and Sonali were seen warmly hugging and sitting together, evoking memories of their roles as Prem and Preeti in the beloved film.

On the professional front, Salman is gearing up for his next film ‘Sikandar’, marking a reunion with producer Sajid Nadiadwala after successful projects like ‘Kick’, ‘Judwaa’, and ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’.
Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, the film is set for an Eid 2025 release. Salman recently shared a picture from the ‘Sikandar’ set, captioned, “Looking forward to #Eid2025 with team #Sikandar #SajidNadiadwala’s #SikandarDirected by @a.r.murugadoss Releasing in cinemas EID 2025.”
The production house also announced Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead, with Rashmika expressing her excitement on Instagram.
