During the hearing in the Delhi High Court on Wednesday on a batch of petitions challenging the NEET (UG) exam held on May 5, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told the court that several writ petitions related to the exam have been filed in various courts of the country, including the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court may hear some of those petitions on Thursday. In such a situation, we will request the court to transfer the petitions pending in the High Court to the Supreme Court for hearing.
Meanwhile, a vacation bench of Justice Neena Bansal Krishna issued notice to the NTA and asked it to respond to four petitions by NEET-UG candidates raising these grievances.
