Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput shared a photo from her meeting with T20 World Cup champion Surya Kumar Yadav at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s sangeet ceremony on Friday night.
In an Instagram Stories post on Saturday, Mira posted a picture featuring herself, Shahid Kapoor, Surya Kumar Yadav, and his wife Devisha Shetty. The group is seen smiling brightly as they pose for the camera. Mira humorously captioned the photo, “Our son thinks we are very cool now.”
Surya Kumar Yadav also shared the same picture on his Instagram Stories, expressing his excitement about meeting Mira and Shahid’s son. He wrote, “Haha. Looking forward to seeing him.”
Surya Kumar Yadav played a key role for India during the T20 World Cup, scoring 199 runs in eight games at an average of 28.42, with two half-centuries and making significant contributions in tough matches. He also impressed with his fielding throughout the tournament.

The wedding between Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant is scheduled to take place at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai on July 12.
