In the world of ambitious royal pursuits, Meghan Markle is reportedly eager to secure King Charles’ endorsement for her latest project, the American Riviera Orchard. With high hopes and much anticipation, Markle’s aspirations depend significantly on potential royal backing a critical nod that could influence the success of her grand plans.

Meghan Markle Hopes for Royal Support

The Duchess of Sussex launched her lifestyle brand in March and has since been working diligently to gain public and friendly support. She has been offering free trials to her Hollywood connections as part of her strategy. This effort comes amid reports that King Charles plans to visit America to see Prince Harry and his grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet.

In a bid to boost sales, especially with her plans to introduce a rosé wine under her luxury brand, Meghan Markle seeks an endorsement from her father-in-law, King Charles. Despite their strained relationship, the former ‘Suits’ actress hopes for his support. She previously sent complimentary jam jars and dog biscuits to celebrity friends, including the Kardashians and her neighbors in Montecito, and is now preparing for a new Netflix show.

“Meghan is looking for support wherever she can get it,” a source told OK Magazine. The source added that Harry’s cousins, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, are also on her radar. “Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice are at the top of her list, but she is aiming even higher and would love to get King Charles to give his stamp of approval.”

Seeking Help from the Windsor Family

While Meghan remains optimistic, she knows that getting this support won’t be easy, especially given the couple’s past criticisms of the royal family since leaving London. “Despite all the drama, Meghan sees no reason why they shouldn’t be able to garner support and backing,” the source said.

Before becoming king, Charles showed a strong preference for lifestyle brands, founding the natural food company Waitrose Duchy Organic, initially called Duchy Originals. This brand offered products like cookies and jams. Given the similarities between his brand and Meghan’s, she sees a compelling reason for his support but acknowledges that she needs Harry’s assistance.

“She wants Harry to reach out to anyone in the family that he still has access to,” the insider claimed. “She believes there is more support for them within the royal family than people think, and it would be unwise not to ask for help.”

Regarding Meghan’s plans to venture into rosé wine production, a Daily Mail report suggested, “Launching a wine as her debut product would be a smart move commercially.” The report noted that many celebrities, such as Cameron Diaz, George Clooney, Kylie Minogue, and Brad Pitt, have found success with their own wine labels.
