Kashmir: Security forces have successfully intercepted an infiltration attempt in Kupwara, leading to the recovery of a significant stockpile of arms and ammunition from the eliminated terrorists.
In a press briefing earlier today, reported by The Daily Guardian (TDG), N L Kurkarni, commander of the 268 Brigade Keran Sector, declared that Operation Dhanush had achieved a major victory.
This operation, conducted jointly by the Kupwara police and the army, effectively disrupted an infiltration effort along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Keran sector of Kupwara.
During the operation, security forces seized a substantial cache of arms and ammunition, including three AK-47 rifles, four pistols, and six hand grenades. Additionally, Pakistani-marked cigarettes and food supplies were found among the seized items.
