Lady Gaga’s headline performance will take place in Philadelphia, where attendees will also enjoy musical acts by DJ Cassidy, Fat Joe, Freeway, Just Blaze, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Ricky Martin, Jazmine Sullivan, The Roots, and bassist Adam Blackstone.
