Kim Kardashian has left fans both baffled and shocked after a recent photoshoot featuring Elon Musk’s $30,000 Tesla Bot. The reality star posed in a provocative outfit, going topless under a puffy black jacket, and sitting on the robot’s lap inside her custom Tesla Model S.

Controversial Poses and Reactions

In the photos shared on social media, Kardashian, 44, wore sheer nude-toned tights with black stockings and a garter belt printed on them, creating the illusion that she wasn’t wearing any underwear. In one shot, the Tesla Bot appeared to touch Kardashian’s thigh, while another captured them holding hands inside the luxury car. The bizarre imagery quickly went viral, with fans expressing a mix of reactions.

Some were appalled, calling the photoshoot “embarrassing” and “scary.” A number of critics voiced concerns over the “sexualization” of the robot, calling the moment “disturbing.” Others, however, found humor in the photoshoot, joking that Kim had finally found her “soulmate.”

Kim’s Interaction with Tesla Bot

This isn’t the first time Kardashian has interacted with the Tesla Bot. Earlier this week, she shared a video where she waved at the robot, which waved back. She also asked it to perform a series of gestures, including making a heart shape and miming a running motion, all of which the robot complied with. In the video, Kardashian seemed both impressed and intrigued by the robot’s abilities.

The Tesla Bot, unveiled at Tesla’s AI Day in September 2022, is designed for industrial and domestic tasks, with aspirations to eventually assist in household chores like cooking, lawn mowing, and elder care. The bot is currently priced at $30,000 and is meant to replace humans in repetitive, dangerous jobs.

The interaction with the robot also sparked comparisons to the 2004 sci-fi film I, Robot, in which intelligent robots take on public service roles and adhere to strict laws to keep humans safe. Social media users have drawn parallels between Musk’s Tesla Bot and the robots in the film, with some warning of the potential dangers of AI technology.

In other news, Kim Kardashian recently added two Tesla Cybertrucks to her vehicle collection, further cementing her affinity for the brand. Earlier this week, however, she had a run-in with law enforcement while driving her latest Cybertruck along the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Kim was cited for having a front windshield tint that was too dark for California’s regulations, though she was able to avoid a fine by agreeing to get the tint corrected.

The Tesla Bot, like the Cybertruck, represents Musk’s vision of the future, where technology and human-like robots are integrated into everyday life. Despite the excitement surrounding the bot, many observers continue to question the societal implications of such advanced robotics.
