Janhvi Kapoor made a striking appearance at the screening of her upcoming film Ulajh last night. The event was star-studded, with celebrities like Rekha, Arjun Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, and Janhvi’s boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya in attendance.

For the occasion, Janhvi wore a fresh off-the-runway mini dress by designer Rimzim Dadu. The dress, from Dadu’s latest collection showcased at India Couture Week, features a deep off-the-shoulder neckline, a cinched waist, and a swirl-embroidered pattern. While the original design was see-through, Janhvi added a sheer lining for coverage. She completed her look with silver earrings, rings, and white pumps.
However, the dress sparked mixed reactions online. While some fans admired her style, others compared it to ‘rawa dosa’ and ‘neer dosa,’ with one user joking about breakfast plans and another reminiscing about old tablecloths.
Despite the comparisons, many praised Janhvi’s look. Fans called her a “hottie” and complimented her overall appearance.
Ulajh, starring Janhvi Kapoor, Gulshan Devaiah, and Roshan Mathew, is set to release on August 2. The film is scripted by Sudhanshu Saria and Parveez Shaikh with dialogue by Atika Chauhan.
