The wedding, held at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai over the July 12th weekend, drew thousands of guests from around the world for three days of festivities, including a lavish spread of Local and international cuisines.The list included stunning Indian Dishes to various delicacies from around the world.
The event featured culinary masterpieces from renowned chefs, including the team from the World’s Best Restaurant, Central in Peru, Chef Avinash Martins of Cavatina, and the chefs from Varanasi’s famous Kashi Chat Bandar. Among the standout offerings were dishes from Hutong, a popular Chinese restaurant in Singapore. Julia Chafe, known for her gemstone and jewelry exploration videos, highlighted the food as a key highlight, particularly raving about the pizza from Il Borro, a Tuscan restaurant and hotel.

In a video posted on Instagram, Chafe praised the quality and taste of Il Borro’s pizza, stating it was some of the best food she’s ever had. The restaurant’s menu extended beyond pizza to include Caprese Di Bufala, Insalata Rustica Di Lenticchie Bufala, parmigiana di melanzane, Pasta Arrabiata, Risotto alla barbabletola, and traditional Tiramisu. The Ambanis, inspired by their pre-wedding cruise along the Italian coast, brought a taste of Sicily to their wedding through Il Borro’s exquisite dishes.
