Mumbai: Nitish Kumar, Tejashwi Yadav meet Uddhav Thackeray

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and his deputy Tejashwi Yadav met Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Uddhav Thackeray at Matoshree in Mumbai on Thursday.

Hoardings in Mumbai welcomed Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi Yadav ahead of their meeting with Uddhav Thackeray and NCP chief Sharad Pawar. Nitish Kumar has been meeting with leaders of various opposition parties in an effort to form a broad Opposition alliance against the BJP at the Centre ahead of the Lok Sabha elections next year.

On 18 May, Nitish Kumar plans a large meeting of all Opposition Leaders in Delhi.
Nitish Kumar met with his Jharkhand counterpart, Hemant Soren, in Ranchi earlier today. Following the meeting, both held a joint press conference at the residence of Jharkhand’s Chief Minister.

Earlier, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar told a press conference that he had discussions with Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren about a variety of issues.
