Fatal Blast In Bengal: 3 Dead, Bomb-Making Gone Wrong, 5 Suspected | WATCH

A powerful explosion in the Khayartala area of West Bengal’s Murshidabad district has left three people dead and many more injured. The incident was reported late last night when country made bombs exploded in a house owned by Mamun Mollah, it is alleged. Mamun Mollah, Sakirul Sarkar, and Mustaqin Sheikh are the three people killed. Neighbours, who heard the huge blast, reported the blast but were not aware of its cause until later.

The blast force had caved the house roof in, which means the explosion was very severe. Law enforcement authorities have suspected that bombs were under preparation at the place. Police have cordoned off the area, and the investigation is going on to find out the exact circumstances leading to the tragic incident. The authorities have increased security in the area so that public safety is not disturbed as the probe progresses.
