The first poster of Abhishek Bachchan and Shoojit Sircar’s upcoming film I Want To Talk was unveiled on Friday morning, sparking a lot of attention. Both Abhishek and the makers shared the poster on social media, and fans quickly took notice of Abhishek’s unique look.

Abhishek’s Unfiltered Avatar

In the first-look poster, Abhishek stands in a room dressed in a robe and pajamas. With the robe open at the front, his bare torso and a hint of a pot belly are visible. Abhishek, wearing glasses, gazes off-camera. Sharing the poster on Instagram, he captioned it: “Bolne ke liye toh bohot kuch hai but then, a picture ‘talks’ a thousand words.”

Fans and industry friends praised the raw, unfiltered look. One fan commented, “Real actor without filter… love you sir.” Another said, “Looking forward. You have my attention!” Celebrities like Sonali Bendre, Zoya Akhtar, and Sikandar Kher also showed support. Fans are thrilled about the collaboration, with one noting, “A movie looking forward to watch. Great combo @shoojitsircar & @bachchan.”

More About the Film

I Want To Talk features a cast including Pearle Dey, Ahilya Bambroo, Jayant Kripalani, Kristin Goodard, and Johnny Lever. The storyline remains largely under wraps, although earlier this week, the title was introduced with a short clip featuring an Abhishek-shaped bobblehead.

Abhishek’s Instagram description teased, “We all know that one person who lives to talk. Here’s the story of a man who always looks at the brighter side of life, no matter what life throws at him!” I Want To Talk is set to hit theaters on December 22.
