An unmarked speed breaker on Golf Course Road in Gurgaon is causing major issues for commuters, with viral footage showing vehicles, including a BMW and large trucks, going airborne after hitting the speed bump. The video, widely circulated on social media, captures a white BMW launching into the air after unexpectedly encountering the unmarked speed breaker, with its rear bumper scraping the ground as it lands. Several trucks followed, also bouncing off the road as drivers apparently missed spotting the unmarked bump in time.
The footage, shared on X, has garnered nearly 800,000 views, sparking widespread reactions. In the comments, the BMW driver, identified as Vipin, explained that the incident occurred on October 27, describing the unmarked speed breaker as “criminal” due to its poor visibility. “This happened to me yesterday. It’s criminal to leave speed breakers unmarked on such roads,” Vipin wrote, noting that he was unharmed except for the shock of the experience.

The viral video led to numerous similar complaints from viewers, with one user commenting that speed breakers should ideally be located near traffic lights to prevent speeding, not in unexpected spots like highway merging points or road splits, where they pose serious hazards.
