Bigg Boss OTT 2 contestant and YouTuber Elvish Yadav was granted bail in the snake venom case on Friday. Following this, a Gurgaon court also granted him bail in an assault case involving fellow YouTuber Sagar Thakur alias Maxtern on Saturday.
Yadav expressed his gratitude to fans for their support, stating, “Thank you to all those who prayed for me, I am fine and in good health.”

He also shared photos on Instagram, including one where he posed with luxury cars, captioned, “You cannot see time, but it can show you a lot,” in Hindi language. Another photo showed him giving a thumbs-up gesture.

On March 17, Noida police arrested Yadav in a case where he and five others were accused of selling snake venom at rave parties in the National Capital Region. Additionally, on March 8, Sagar Thakur filed an assault complaint against Yadav. A video of the incident allegedly shows Yadav assaulting Thakur at Southpoint Mall in Gurgaon.
Yadav and his associates were accused under several sections of the Indian Penal Code, including punishment for rioting, police to prevent cognisable offences, procedure when Magistrate finds a case should be committed, and punishment for criminal intimidation.
