A moderate earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale struck the Baramulla district in Jammu and Kashmir early Friday morning, according to the National Center for Seismology (NCS).
The NCS reported that the earthquake’s epicenter was at Latitude 34.32 N and Longitude 74.34 E, with a depth of 10 kilometers.
No immediate reports of casualties or significant damage have been received.
