Prime Minister Narendra Modi has virtually joined the third and final day of the Pre-Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, which has been going on for the last two days as the host of Krishi University at Anand. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that 80 million farmers are connected with us.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that agriculture around the world is also facing many challenges, but in the face of new challenges, it is necessary to bring change in agriculture.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi further said that farmers can earn double income from natural farming in less irrigated land or more moist land and this double income is the same natural farming, so farming has to be linked with natural laboratory.

Union Home and Co-operation Minister Amit Shah, Governor Acharya Devvratji, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar and Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel also participated in the event which is being held at Amul Dairy Hall. Amit Shah said that the aim was to double the income of farmers by setting up a Ministry of Co-operation. It belongs to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said.

Amit Shah said that when Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat, perhaps for the first time since independence, he had taken an initiative to significantly increase the contribution of agricultural production to GDP. Agricultural production can also increase GDP and become a contributor to GDP in a scientific way, shah added.

Shah further said that one can work for the prosperity of the farmers, an example of which was first in the whole country when Narendra Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat. “He maintained 10% agricultural growth rate for many years. Through Krishi Mahotsav, all the necessary things for the farmers were conveyed to them. To ensure that farmers do not have to go to the district or taluka office, experiments were done to get all the benefits in the village itself,” Shah said.

Addressing the National Conclave on Natural Farming, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel said that with the strong will and determination of Sardar Saheb, a united and united nation was created. Now, with the determination of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a self-reliant India is being built with unity in diversity, he said.
