Vicky Kaushal is all set to deliver an electrifying dance performance at the IIFA 2024 awards. To ensure everything is perfect, the actor has been rigorously rehearsing. Ahead of the main event on September 28, he took to Instagram to share a sneak peek of his dance practice.
Dance Rehearsals for Tauba Tauba
In his post, Vicky shared a series of snapshots from his rehearsal. The first picture shows him walking on stage with a serious expression, dressed in all-black attire. The second slide is a video clip where he’s seen getting into position, ready to groove as background dancers join him one by one. A large screen behind them flashes the words Tauba Tauba. In another image, Vicky recreates his signature dance moves for Tauba Tauba, while the final frame shows him surrounded by children mimicking his actions, as he gives a thumbs-up with both hands. Vicky captioned the post, “Let’s do this,” followed by the IIFA 2024 hashtag.
Co-Hosting with Shah Rukh Khan
Apart from performing, Vicky Kaushal will also be entertaining the audience with his hosting skills. He is set to co-host the show alongside Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and renowned filmmaker Karan Johar. Ahead of the event, Vicky shared his excitement about hosting with Shah Rukh, his Dunki co-star.
Vicky expressed, “I always feel really good coming to Abu Dhabi for IIFA. I receive a lot of love from the people here. So, I am very excited for the show. This time, the special thing will be that I’ll get the chance to host with Shah Rukh sir. He is the king. He is the Badshah. And there’s always so much to learn from him. So, I am really looking forward to that.”
