BTS member Jin hosted a live session on Weverse following his attendance at Milan Fashion Week, sharing insights about his experiences and future plans before returning to Seoul. He discussed his variety show “Run Jin”, the fashion event’s afterparty, and his desire to involve fellow member J-Hope.
During the session, Jin humorously mentioned his intention to “kidnap” J-Hope, who will complete his military service next month. “Hobi will definitely appear on “Run Seokjin”! Because I will make him,” Jin stated, adding that he plans to bring J-Hope to the filming site immediately after his discharge. He lightheartedly asked J-Hope, “Is it okay to kidnap you?”
Jin clarified that while “Run Seokjin” is a personal project without appearance fees, he views it as meaningful work. He expressed hope that J-Hope would be willing to join him, though he admitted some concern about potentially upsetting his bandmate.
Reflecting on the Milan afterparty, Jin described his curiosity about the event, noting that he felt out of place among attendees. “I drank champagne while sitting on a couch… it was pretty,” he remarked, acknowledging his limited English proficiency as a barrier. He also expressed gratitude for the presence of BTS ARMY at the venue, saying it touched him deeply.
Regarding his upcoming album, Jin shared that he has completed recording and mixing, and asked fans to be patient as they await its release. He teased the quality of the songs, saying, “I could play it now, but it would be nicer if you could wait until the album.” Additionally, Jin revealed that he has been filming a Netflix variety show for about ten days, although he expressed uncertainty about how well he performed during the shoot.
