Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar has thrilled his fans with the trailer release of his upcoming film Good Bad Ugly. The makers shared the trailer on Friday and thanked Ajith on their official X account for being part of the project.
Ajith Returns as a Reluctant Gangster
The trailer introduces Ajith as a retired gangster. However, circumstances force him to return to his violent past. The video also features Arjun Das as a menacing villain. Trisha appears in a significant role. Additionally, the trailer teases a major twist, increasing curiosity among fans.
Makers Reveal Release Date and New Poster
Earlier in January, the makers announced the film’s release date. Director Adhik Ravichandran posted a new poster of Ajith on X. In the image, Ajith wears a white suit, holds a pistol, and sits confidently on a couch.
Ravichandran wrote, “#GoodBadUgly arrives on April 10th @MythriOfficial @SureshChandraa.”
Ajith’s Previous Film ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ Released in February
Before this, Ajith starred in Vidaamuyarchi, an intense action thriller. The film is based on the 1997 Hollywood movie Breakdown. Ajith played Arjun, a man who sets out on a risky mission to rescue his wife Kayal, played by Trisha Krishnan. A criminal gang kidnaps her in Azerbaijan.
Lyca Productions and Subaskaran Allirajah produced the film. The cast also included Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, Arav, and Ramya Subramanian. Vidaamuyarchi hit theaters on February 6.
