On Friday, actress Neha Sharma cast her ballot in the Bhagalpur district of Bihar, where her father Ajeet Sharma is contesting.

Following their visit to the polling booth to vote, the senior Congress legislator, along with his wife and daughter Neha, proudly showed off their inked fingers.

After participating in the democratic process herself, Neha encouraged others to exercise their right to vote.

After casting her vote, Neha told ANI, “This is a very important day…I request people that this is a very important right that we have. As an aware citizen, step out and vote because your vote is precious.”

Today, Bhagalpur, along with Banka, Kishanganj, Katihar, and Purnia, constitutes one of the five seats in Bihar where polling will take place.

Voting for the five Bihar Lok Sabha seats will be conducted today between 6 AM and 7 PM. The general elections are scheduled in five phases, with the second phase commencing today for the remaining constituencies.
