In the fast-paced realm of online shopping, e-commerce platforms have transformed our buying habits, making instant deliveries increasingly common. While services like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto are well-known for their quick grocery deliveries, Flipkart has ventured into the fast commerce space with Flipkart Minutes. A Bengaluru resident, Sunny Gupta, experienced this first-hand when he ordered a laptop from Flipkart Minutes while at a Starbucks and received it within just 13 minutes.
Sharing his experience on X (formerly Twitter), Gupta detailed how quickly his laptop arrived. “Just ordered a laptop from Flipkart Minutes. 7 minutes delivery. Will keep this thread posted,” Sunny tweeted.

Gupta noted that the delivery partner reached Starbucks, where he was sitting, in just 3 minutes. The laptop was handed over after the order was verified via OTP.
“He is here! Unboxing now, before I give the OTP,” he added.

Another user questioned, “Revolutionary! But what happens if the product that is delivered in such a haste turns out to be faulty and needs replacement? The instant gratification turns into a nightmare…! Good luck to you though!”

In response, Gupta wrote, “Thanks. We can share the OTP after verifying the product is pristine and unharmed. Other than that, it is the same as buying from a store; once you accept the product and bring it home, any new defects are handled by warranty or accidental covers if applicable.”

Unlike its competitors, Flipkart Minutes not only offers lightning-fast deliveries but also high-end gadgets like laptops—products not available on platforms like Zepto or Blinkit. Launched this month in select areas of Bengaluru, Flipkart also stands out for its competitive pricing, with products priced around 10% lower than those on rival services.
