Anshuman Gaekwad represented India in 40 Test matches between 1975 and 1987, amassing over 2000 runs with his solid batting technique. His coaching career further cemented his legacy, guiding both national and domestic teams. In a compassionate gesture, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah personally interacted with Gaekwad’s family to ensure timely support.
