According to a source speaking to Mashable, Apple is reducing its projected shipment estimates for the year, indicating a drop in demand that falls well below initial forecasts. The tech company had reportedly aimed to deliver between 700,000 to 800,000 units of the Vision Pro headset initially.

However, recent information indicates that Apple has revised its projections down to a modest 400,000 to 450,000 units for the entire year. This substantial decrease in forecasted sales signals a significant drop in consumer interest, particularly in the United States, where demand is said to have sharply declined.
