The 21-year-old wrestler won a bronze medal on his Olympic debut after defeating Darian Toi Cruz of Puerto Rico with a convincing score of 13-5. This victory made Sehrawat India’s youngest-ever Olympic medalist.
Raised by his grandfather after losing his parents at the age of 11, Sehrawat dedicated his life to wrestling, training at Delhi’s Chhatrasal Stadium. Despite his success in Paris, he remains hungry for gold, aiming for victory in Los Angeles in 2028.
