Having run for three successful seasons, Panchayat has established itself as a popular show. On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the show, Prime Video officially declared the launch date for Panchayat Season 4, creating excitement among viewers.
Fun Video Teases Panchayat Season 4 Announcement
Prime Video released the long-awaited news on April 3 through a fun video on Instagram, starring trendy social media celebrities such as Bhupendra Jogi, Darshan Magdum, and many more. There was even inclusion of Saath Nibhana Saathiya actress Gia Manek, poking fun at popular memes related to the show.
In the video, Gia was washing books in the clip, replicating the viral scene of her TV days, before saying in a humorous tone that Panchayat has claimed all social media memes. She also took a shot at the iconic dialogue, “Ek-ek chai ho jaaye?” (Shall we have tea together?), and said, “It’s just a sentence.”

Jitendra Kumar, once again playing Abhishek, chipped in, saying, “The Internet needs a meme to become viral across the globe. Don’t chase to be viral; make a moment.” He later switched over briefly to his Kota Factory role of Jeetu Bhai and cheekily asked, “Panchayat turned five now, where you would be in five years?” before announcing that season two will air this year.
As the video ended, Gia Manek jokingly said, “If it’s coming this year, can we drink green tea sitting on a tank?” But Jitendra soon disappeared from the scene without a reply, keeping the laughter going. The video ended with the grand reveal: Panchayat Season 4 will make its official release on July 2, 2025.
