Ahead of the sixth phase of Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah are intensifying their campaign efforts. PM Modi is scheduled to address rallies in Haryana’s Bhiwani and Punjab’s Patiala today, while Amit Shah will hold multiple public meetings in Uttar Pradesh.
In Punjab, PM Modi’s visit will include three public rallies, starting with Patiala, followed by Gurdaspur and Jalandhar. However, farmer leaders have announced plans to show black flags during Modi’s visit, expressing dissatisfaction with the government’s handling of their demands.
Meanwhile, Amit Shah will focus on Uttar Pradesh, addressing gatherings in Domariyaganj, Sant Kabir Nagar, Ambedkar Nagar, and Pratapgarh constituencies.
On the other hand, Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will be active in Delhi and Haryana. Rahul Gandhi is set to hold roadshows and rallies in North East Delhi and North West Delhi, while Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will participate in a roadshow in Sirsa and address a rally in Karnal.
Additionally, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat is embarking on a six-day visit to Tripura, where he will join a training camp for RSS pracharaks. This visit underscores the RSS’s organizational activities in the northeastern region.
As the campaign intensifies, political leaders are leaving no stone unturned to sway voters ahead of the crucial sixth phase of Lok Sabha elections polling on May 25.
