The performance of actress Yami Gautam in ‘Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga’ has garnered positive feedback from the audience.
Ajay Singh directed ‘Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga,’ which was released on Netflix. The plot centers around a flight attendant (Yami) and her boyfriend (Sunny Kaushal), who devise a plan to steal a stash of diamonds to pay off a debt. Things take a dramatic turn when they discover the plane they are on has been hijacked. “The response to Chor Nikalke Bhaga and my character has been gratifying and humbling, to say the least,” Yami said after getting an overwhelming response. Many of my friends and relatives who live outside of India have texted me and said wonderful things about the film. And, most significantly, the outpouring of love from audiences and fans for Neha and the film… it’s surreal; my phone hasn’t ceased buzzing since the film’s release.”
“I am trying to read as many messages and reactions on social media that people are putting for the film and I feel really happy and motivated reading such good words being written with Chor too, after Lost,” she continued, “and that not only could I manage to surprise them in these roles but also give justice to the faith they have put in me.”
Yami stated that the audience’s love and appreciation always motivate her to do excellent work.
“It’s extremely satisfying to see your audience support your decisions, and I hope that trend continues.” “I feel a certain level of responsibility falls on me because of the audience’s expectations when it comes to my choice of films and my work, and the thought will always make me happy and motivate me to keep getting better at my work,” she added.
Yami will appear in ‘Dhoom Dhaam’ with Prateek Gandhi and ‘OMG 2’ with Akshay Kumar in the coming months.
