World’s largest manufacturer of two-wheelers, Hero MotoCorp, has fired a fresh salvo in the 110-cc scooter segment. The company is looking at redefining the scooter category and charting the next phase of its tech-enabled journey in the scooter segment, and for that it has launched the Xoom 110 in the market.

Hero says the key USPs of this new scooter are a contemporary design, supreme manoeuvrability, unmatched agility and extraordinary performance. It also claims the all-new Xoom has been developed with as many as 25+ patent applications.

DESIGN

The all-new Hero Xoom introduces a radical new futuristic design language. According to Hero it nimble and agile in traffic and will be robust even over tough terrain. The lighting package is the highlight here with the scooter getting LED Projector Headlamp, LED Tail Lamps, and industryfirst “HiCL-Hero intelligent cornering light”.

Bigger and wider tyres, diamond cut alloy wheels and integrated rear grip also add to the distinct character of the scooter. The HiCL illuminates the dark corner areas with a bright, clear light when the rider is taking a turn or heading into curves. The rider benefits from the illumination of the corners on the road, thereby ensuring safer riding at night.
