Jyoti Amge, recognized as the world’s shortest woman and known for her appearance on the reality TV show Big Boss in 2012, shared a photo on her Facebook profile today, displaying her inked finger. Addressing reporters outside a polling station in Nagpur, she urged everyone to prioritize voting, stating, “Please cast your vote first and then attend to other tasks.” The 25-year-old, who gained entry into the Guinness World Records as the shortest woman at just 62.8 cm tall, was spotted walking to the polling booth wearing a vibrant red dress. She was quickly identified by passersby, who warmly greeted her.

In her Facebook post, she shared three photos accompanied by the caption “Vote,” where she is depicted holding her voter identity card and displaying her inked finger.

It was in December 2011 that the resident of Nagpur was officially recognized as the world’s shortest woman by the Guinness World Records.

According to her official website, Ms. Amge appeared in the fourth season of “American Horror Story: Freak Show” in August 2014.

In January of the previous year, she was observed standing before the pyramids in Egypt’s Giza city, alongside Sultan Kosen from Turkey, recognized as the world’s tallest man at 8 feet and 9 inches. They were invited to Egypt by the Egyptian Tourism Promotion Board to contribute to the enhancement of tourism in the country.
