  • Energy: Both sides celebrated advancements in hydropower projects, with the 1020 MW Punatshangchhu-II nearing completion. They stressed the need to finalize modalities for new hydropower initiatives.
  • Infrastructure and Connectivity: Projects such as cross-border rail links and the Integrated Check Post at Darranga, Assam, were highlighted as milestones in boosting tourism and trade.
  • Digital and Space Collaboration: Progress in digital connectivity and space sector initiatives under a Joint Plan of Action was acknowledged.
