The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) have reported ongoing operations targeting terrorist infrastructure and operatives in the Gaza Strip. Describing these operations as “intelligence-based, targeted operations,” IDF soldiers are focusing on the Rafah area.
In recent actions, IDF forces conducted targeted raids in Rafah, discovering weapons and engaging with several terrorists in close-quarters combat. A drone was deployed during one operation to identify and strike an armed terrorist, followed by an Israel Air Force (IAF) aircraft targeting the terrorist’s operational structure.
The IAF also targeted a launch site containing rockets ready to be fired from Rafah towards Israel. Additionally, IDF troops are active in the central Gaza Strip, eliminating more than ten terrorist operatives, including one involved in the October 7th Massacre in southern Israel.
Over the past day, the IAF has struck and dismantled over 45 terror targets across Gaza, including military structures, armed cells, rocket launchers, tunnel shafts, and other terrorist infrastructure.
