It helps to boost our confidence and morale so that we can overcome crises and win apart from developing discipline and stamina.”

While referring to yoga as a force of unity and a bond of humanity, he added that yoga didn’t discriminate and it was beyond race, colour, gender, faith and nations. Emphasising on the need of yoga for every individual, he asked everyone to pledge to do everything possible for our health and also the health of our loved ones.” We should try to do Yoga at home with family and make it a part of our lives and if we are able to do this then we will certainly succeed and emerge as victorious,” he said.
