The Women Premier League auction took place on Monday and the internet is flooded with memes and
wishes. This is the first time that a premier league is
happening for women cricket. Indian opener Smriti
Mandhana broke bank early as she became the first
pick in the WPL auction in history, as she was brought
by Royal Challengers Bangalore for Rs 3.40 Cr. The second most costly player on the list is all-rounder Deepti
Sharma who was brought by UP Warriorz for Rs 2.6 Cr.
