In Kanpur’s Bilhaur neighbourhood, a woman and her two children were discovered dead inside the house under unusual circumstances in the absence of her husband, who was gone to the Ganpati Puja Pandal.
The forensic team and the police arrived at the scene to conduct an investigation.
Manoj, the deceased woman’s husband, disclosed that he had gone to the neighbouring Ganesh Puja Pandal to take part in the aarti. Nobody answered the door when he got home. He entered the door with the assistance of the neighbours and discovered his wife and kids’ bodies on the bed.
When the police and the forensic team arrived at the scene, they sent the bodies for an autopsy.
Outer SP Tej Swaroop Singh stated that foam was coming out of the child’s mouth. The police suspect it to be a suicide case, but other angles are being investigated.
