Rajendra Singh Gudha who was dismissed from the Rajasthan government and created a political storm with his Lal Diary, might join the Shiv Sena led by the Shinde faction in Maharashtra. According to received information, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde is coming to Gudha’s assembly constituency Udaipurwati on September 9 for his son’s birthday celebration, and Gudha might be participating in this event.

Rajendra Gudha has confirmed this, although he did not explicitly state anything about joining the party. When asked about joining Shiv Sena, Gudha only said, “I am currently a Congress legislator, and Mr Shinde is coming on September 9 for my son’s birthday in Udaipurwati.”

The discussion about Gudha joining the Shiv Sena Shinde faction started with a post made by the state unit chief of Shiv Sena, Chandraraj Singhvi, on his social media account. In this post, Singhvi congratulated Gudha and mentioned that his strength would increase with his joining Shiv Sena on September 9. Although Gudha did not clearly state anything, it seems like his statements indicate that he might join the Shiv Sena. While there is currently no official Shiv Sena organization or presence in Rajasthan, Eknath Shinde’s visit for an assembly constituency event suggests something significant might happen on September 9.

However, one must also note that in Maharashtra, the Shiv Sena Shinde faction and the BJP are contesting elections together. So, if Gudha decides to contest the elections, he might pose a challenge to the BJP. Gudha himself has made it clear that he won’t join the BJP. The situation appears somewhat tangled, and the clarity might come only on September 9.
